Crossroads Counseling’s Phoenix Trauma and Relationship Center provides expert and compassionate mental health counseling and therapy for adults, couples, children, teens, and families in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and throughout Arizona with our private and confidential virtual and online therapy services.

Crossroads Counseling is Arizona’s Relationship and Trauma Center supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma. Crossroads is also a relationship counseling practice focusing on couples/marriage therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and the relationship you have with yourself.

At Crossroads Counseling: Arizona Relationship and Trauma Center, our goal is to empower individuals, couples, and families to have strong relationships and live healthy lives through compassionate, evidence-based care that fosters growth, healing, and connection in a safe and supportive environment.

At Crossroads Counseling Scottsdale location our therapy services are shaped around your needs, goals, relationships, values, and personal circumstances. Our therapists bring different areas of experience and training to help clients work toward healthier relationships, emotional growth, and meaningful change.

Many of our Scottsdale therapists use evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We offer trauma-informed therapy including EMDR in the treatment of PTSD. Our therapists are attachment-based in their approaches and utilize sand tray and play therapy techniques for children and teens.
